New home. Water runs in basement around the clock. Sump pump runs every minute all day every day. Lots of mold growing. Already replaced one sump pump. The noise is deafening since there isn't any insulation in the floor. Be sure to look carefully for mold and other issues when you consider buying from this builder. Have an attorney and ask any question you can imagine about the crawl space, the basement, the mold, the water levels on his property he develops. And good luck getting him to honor his contract.
